OVERDUE Library Books and/or FINES/FEES
**If you receive an automated (text and/or email) notice regarding your overdue books, please return and/or renew them ASAP to avoid late charges.  Thank you.
NOTE THE CHANGES IN TIMES:
**The Casual Meeting time will be first, followed by the Book Study Discussion.  This is different than has been advertised.  We needed to make this adjustment due to a scheduling conflict that couldn't be avoided.  Thank you for understanding.

The first Adult Book Study will take place in the library on Friday, January 18th, at 1:15pm,led by Lisa Snedeker.  Before the book discussion at NOON will be a more casual social time for anyone to come and discuss books and life. Even if you have not read the book, feel free to stay after and listen in to the book study conversation, to see if it is something that will interest you in the future.  Please bring ideas for the next book to read as well!  Feel free to bring munchies and a drink.  The library will have some on hand as well. Hope to see you there!

7th-12th grade students: Make sure to periodically check the window by the door in the library to see if you have earned any AR awards! Mrs. Lieber will try to update them every couple of weeks while she is out on maternity leave.

As the Friends of the Library Book Sale is scheduled to be on January 22nd, the library is always accepting book donations of any kind/genre. Please feel free to drop them off at the library during regular hours.  If you have books to donate and can not make it during library hours, please email Sarah Lieber at Woonsocket.Library@k12.sd.us or call the library at 605-796-1412, and she will figure out a way to get those books from you! Thank you all in advance for your kind donations, and for supporting your local and school library! The book sale will run from 12:00PM-8:00PM on the 22nd. If you are able to volunteer some of your time to help that day (between 8:30AM and 8:00PM, please let Sarah Lieber know)

If you ever are curious whether we have a book in the library or not, please ask, or check out our online card catalog at https://woonsocketsd.booksys.net/opac/wcl/index.html#menuHome .  It will let you know whether or not we have the book you desire, and/or if it is checked out, or currently on the shelf.

Recycle your Brother, HP and Lexmark toner cartridges and Canon, HP, Pitney Bowes and Lexmark ink cartridges - Turn your used cartridges in at the library. Proceeds from recycling support the extra reading program incentives
