Devoted Students

Hello! Mrs. Rodriguez and I are looking forward to establishing a new opportunity for our high school students to develop their relationship with Jesus. We are working to provide a group similar to FCA, however, our study group will be called Devoted Students. Our first night will be December 5th. We will meet in the Woonsocket commons at 6:00 (after basketball practice) with supper, games, and a study provided. Any high school student (9th - 12th grade) is welcome to come! However, we do ask that you please fill out the following form so we can plan accordingly with food, etc. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you there! 🙂

Boys JH Basketball results vs Corsica/Stickney:

The Junior High Boys beat Corsica Stickney last night.  In the B game, The Blackhawks game out victorious 25-18. Teagen Eggleston lead all scorers with 10 points.   Weston White added 6 points and led the rebounding effort.

In the A game Carter Edwards led all scorers with 13 points.  The rebounding effort was led by Tyson Kokesh and Cole Wilson.  The Blackhawks came out on top 28-22.

The JR Boys next practices will be on the 27th and 28th in Woonsocket at 9 AM.  The bus will leave Sanborn Central at 8:30 and return at 11 AM.

Retirement Assembly

There will be a retirement assembly for Woonsocket School Business Manager Chris Selland in the gym from 2PM to 3PM on Monday, Dec. 19.  The assembly will include fun activities ending with ice cream bars donated by Dakotaland FCU.  All are welcome to join to celebrated Chris's 25 years with the Woonsocket School.
