Counseling Corner
Santel Communications Ray Judy Memorial Scholarship. 10 scholarships ($750) will be awarded based upon the quality and quantity of community service and school activity participation as well as the quality of the essay. See attached for additional information and application. Scholarship entries must be submitted no later than 5:00pm on Friday, March 17th.
Agtegra Agriculture Scholarship - Agtegra is offering 10 scholarships, $500 value, to high schoolers graduating in the class of 2023. Additionally, Agtegra is offering 1 collegiate scholarship, $1,000 value, for current college students. Scholarship eligibility: must plan to attend a 2 or 4 year post-secondary institution in SD or ND, must plan to pursue or currently pursue an agricultural degree/program, and must be a U.S. citizen. Woonsocket American Legion Post 29 is proud to offer a $500 scholarship for a graduating Woonsocket High School Senior. Click here for application. Applications must be received or postmarked by April 15th.
Weskota Foundation awards three scholarships to a high school senior going into a healthcare related field. It is open to any senior at these high schools: Wessington Springs, Woonsocket, Sanborn Central, White Lake and Plankinton. This year the amount has been raised to $750 each!

iii. This is a relatively new program for ag (going into year 4) and CHS is ramping up and partnering with more students each year
