Family Fun Night
Come join Family Fun Night hosted by Carver Lindsey for his Senior Project. January 28th, 2023 in the Woonsocket Gym. Activities included: bouncy house, games, photo booth, bake sale, as well as a silent auction.
State Wrestling - February 23-25, 2023
Advanced Reserved State Wrestling Tickets are now on sale for Rapid City. $50 for a reserved seat for all sessions. Students are general admission and are $30 if they want to preorder. However, if a student wants to sit in a reserved section they need to order a $50 reserved seat. All orders by January 27 at the latest. See Mr. Weber if interested.

Devoted Students
Mrs. Rodriguez and I are excited to be hosting another Devoted Students night on January 30th! We will meet in the Woonsocket commons at 6:00 again (after basketball practice) with supper, games, and a study provided. Any high school student (9th - 12th grade) is welcome to come! South Dakota students and families can access a new, online tutoring program, staffed by college students who are preparing to become teachers. The Dakota Dreams Online Tutoring Program offers FREE online tutoring to K-12 students across the state. SDSU has rescheduled the school visit for February 8th from 11:00-11:30.
Boys State - May 29 - June 2, 2023 @ Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.

Community Corner
Woonsocket Community Care & Learning Center Meeting

This meeting is being held to address the daycare needs in the Woonsocket area. School Board, city representatives, daycare providers, and parents are all encouraged to attend this meeting. Who will provide for our children as more babies are being born and the need for childcare is increasing? This meeting is open to the public.
